2. SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Flowers: If a specific flower is unavailable due to seasonal shortages or quality issues, our expert florists will substitute it with a similar flower of equal or greater value, maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
Accessories: Baskets, vases, or wrapping paper may vary slightly depending on local availability at the time of delivery.
3. DELIVERY POLICY
Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate recipient information (Name, Phone Number, and Full Address). 360Flowers.net is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Timeframes: While we strive to meet requested delivery times, specific times are not guaranteed during peak holidays (Valentine’s Day, International Women’s Day, Lunar New Year, etc.).
Redelivery: If the recipient is not present, we will attempt to contact the sender for further instructions. A redelivery fee may apply.
