1. SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & REPLACEMENT
If your flowers wilt within 24 hours of delivery, please contact us immediately. As a leading service for flower delivery in Vietnam, we want to ensure your gift stays beautiful.
- Investigation: We will investigate the issue. If the flowers did not last as long as expected or the incorrect item was sent, we will arrange a complimentary replacement with our sincerest apologies.
- Evidence: To assist in quality control, we require photos of the original flowers. Please note that we cannot process a replacement if the original flowers have been disposed of before we can document the issue.
2. THREE-DAY FRESHNESS ASSURANCE
Typically, our blooms last between 3 and 7 days. If you send flowers to Vietnam and they perish within three (3) days despite following care instructions, we will happily resend a new set.

Communication: Any dissatisfaction regarding freshness must be communicated to us within 24 hours of delivery. Cases reported after this timeframe will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
We understand plans change. Refunds for your flower delivery in Vietnam are processed as follows:
- Full Refund: Cancellation requested at least 5 business days (excluding weekends) prior to the delivery date.
- 50% Refund: Cancellation requested 3 business days (excluding weekends) prior to the delivery date.
- No Refund: Cancellation requested less than 3 days prior to the delivery date.
Note on Refund Processing:

Refunds for online or telephone orders will be credited back to the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, or Bank Account).

For cash purchases, a store voucher of the same value will be issued.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE
If you are unsatisfied for a valid reason, items may be replaced but not refunded, provided the recipient returns the item in its original condition within 3 working days. We will replace items within 24 hours of delivery for:
- Faulty or damaged items.
- Items damaged during transit.
- Note: Items cannot be exchanged for different products once delivered.
5. PRICING & LIABILITY
- Prices: All prices include service charges but exclude delivery fees. Prices are displayed in USD and VND for your convenience.
- Limited Liability: Our liability is limited to the value of the product. We do not accept responsibility for indirect losses, loss of enjoyment, or business disruptions.
